| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 18 ss.1-4, section 21a ss.1, section 21d ss.1, section 21e ss.3, section 21j, section 24 ss.1, section 24a, section 24b ss.3 and section 24g ss.3 concerning the amount unemployment insurance premium, establish and amend the advance payment of the unemployment insurance estimated premium, interest on the compensatory premium and advance refund, foreclosure premiums, payment obligation, self risk premium and right to appeal. Section 18 ss.1-4 as amended by Act 626/2012, section 21a ss.1, section 21d ss.1, section 21E ss.3, section 21j and section 24g ss.3 as amended by Act 542/2012, section 24 ss.1 as amended by Act 1026/2010, section 24 as amended by Act 1352/2007 and section 24b ss.3 as amended by Act 1301/2002. Repeals section 22h and section 26c as amended by Act 278/2009 and Act 1026/2010. |
