| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 3 p.5a, 33, 34, 36, 49a, 56a, 57, 58 and 59, 60 ss.2, 60a-60c, 67 ss.4, ss.1 68, 79 and 149 ss.1 concerning definitions, residence permit, permanent residence permit, EU residence permit, Immigration Service, the local police, unlimited work with the support of other residence permit than the worker's residence permit and deportation grounds. Section 3 p.5a, 49a, 58, 59 and 60a-60c, 68 ss.1, 79 ss.1 and 149 as amended by Act 358/2007, section 33 and 57 as partially amended by Act 358/2007, section 34 and 60 ss.2 as amended by Act 631/2011, section 36 as partially amended by Act 358/2007 and Act 549/2010, section 56a as amended by Act 358/2007 and Act 1338/2011 and section 67 ss.4 as amended by Act 1338/2011. Introduces to the Act new sections 34a-34c and 149a concerning notes in the residence card and responding to a request for confirmation relating to deportation to Finland by a person who received EU long-term resident permit in another Member State of the EU and the approved return of an expelled person. |
