Introduces wording changes to articles 3 (Categories and terms used in this law), 7 (Person having right to monthly benefits for low-income families with children), 8 (Sizes of monthly benefits for low-income families with children), 9 (Income types taken into consideration while defining the total income of family), 10 (Persons having right to monthly social benefits), 11 (Size of monthly social benefit), 14 (Time terms of granting of monthly benefits), 16 (Recalculation of state benefits), 17 (Payment of state benefits), 18 (Terms of suspension and termination of payment of state benefits), 20 (Payment of funeral benefit). Also supplements article 12 (Granting of state benefits) with a new paragraph concerning granting benefits to children born to mothers having HIV/AIDS; adds a new paragraph to article 13 (Time terms of granting of monthly benefits to low-income families with children).
