Introduces a new section 52b and a new section 53 ss.2 (as amended by Act 1232/2011) concerning list of workers who are working on a shared construction and responsibility of self-employed persons in joint work places (whereas the present ss.2 becomes a new ss .3 and the present ss.3 becomes a new ss.4). |
