| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces a new section 55a § concerning income upon termination of an employment relationship. Amends section 40 ss.1, section 53 ss.2 (as amended by Act 288/2009), section 55 (as amended by Act 677/2006), section 56 (as amended by Act 1088/2007) and section 57 (as amended by Act 387/2001) concerning suspension during dismissal of a civil service officer, compensation upon termination of a fixed-term contract and appeals of decisions.
