Abstract/Citation
According to this Law persons who have paid their insurance premium for at least ten years before applying for retirement and in case they are a 60 year-old man or a 55 year-old woman, are entitled to receive retirement pension from the Social Security Organisation. The Social Security Organisation is required to pay pension also to spouses and children of deceased insured person who has made his/her insurance premium contribution over ten years (or less).
