| Abstract/Citation: | In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 86 of the Matrimonial and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government establishes the rules of granting, return and size of lump-sum payment in case of adoption of an orphan child and (or) of a child without parental care; also establishes that the size of the lump-sum payment is equal to 75 monthly calculated indicators.
