Abstract/Citation: In accordance with article 159 (payment for work in particular situations) of Labor Code, establishes the minimal size of allowances for workers employed in dangerous and hazardous jobs or workplaces. Takes into account the results of attestation of occupations in companies, institutions and organizations, also enlists professions and official posts of works with difficult and harmful conditions.
