Abstract/Citation
This Act fills in a legal gap in the existing Thai legislation which does not efficienty provide for the prosecution of persons committing the offence of participating in transnational organized criminal groups. The Act implements the UN Convention on Anti-Transnational Crime (UNTOC) which Thailand ratified in 2013.
