Repeals the following: - Federal Law No.87-FZ of 10 July 2001 on Restriction of Smoking Tobacco (Sobranie Zakonodatelstva Rossijskoj Federacii, 2001, No.29, p.2942); and its amendments - Federal Law of December 31, 2002 N 189-FZ; - Article 50 of the Federal Law of January 10, 2003 N 15-FZ; - Federal Law of December 1, 2004 N 148-FZ; and - Article 2 of the Federal Law of 26 July 2006 N 134-FZ. Article 13 of this Law enters into force on 1 January 2014; paragraphs 3, 5, 6, 12 of part 1 of Article 12, part 3 of Article 16, parts 1-5, paragraph 3 of part 7 of Article 19 of this law enter into force on 1 June 2014; paragraphs 1,2 of part 1 and part 2 of Article 19 of this law enter into force on 1 January 2017. |
