Abstract/Citation: Supplements Chapter 27 with new articles: article 181.1 on severance pay, compensation and other payments to employees in certain cases of termination of employment contracts, article 349.3 on limiting the amounts of severance pay, compensation and other payments to employees in certain cases of termination of employment contracts; also introduces wording changes to articles 178 (Severance Benefits), 181 (Guarantees for the head of organization, his deputies and the chief accountant in case of termination of employment in connection with the change of ownership of the organization's assets), 279 (Guarantees for the head of organization in case of termination of employment contract).
Repeals the terms of employment contracts signed before the entry into force of this law regarding certain categories of workers mentioned in article 349.3 of the law.
