Abstract/Citation: Provides that when an employee of an entity which has no business license, or has not been registered or filed in accordance with the law, or whose business license has been revoked in accordance with the law, or whose registration or filing has been cancelled, is injured or dies in an accident or contracts an occupational disease, or a child laborer who is disabled or deceased because of being employed by such an entity, the entity has to pay compensation in a lump sum to the disabled employee or their close relatives. Sets out the standards for such lump sum payment which depends on the extent of the injury.
