| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Pensions Act (Cap. 22.06). Converts the Act into Parts with "Part I - Preliminary" comprising of sections 1 and 2, "Part II - Pension Grants" comprising of sections 3 to 23 and inserts a new "Part III - Contributory Pension Plan" sections 24-55, "Part IV - Widows', Widowers' and Children's Pensions" sections 56-60, and "Part V - Application of Act to Government Agencies" sections 61-64. Includes a new Second Schedule (Investment of Moneys of the Fund) and Third Schedule (Provision Relating to the Operation of the Board). |
