Abstract/Citation: The minimum wages payable under the Employment Rights Ordinance, 2010 shall be 2.30 per hour and the minimum wage for workers under the age of 18 years old shall be 1.45 per hour. Contains provisions covering exclusions from the minimum wage, determination of hourly wage, records, remuneration and resolution of disputes.
