Abstract/Citation: The minimum wages payable under the Employment Rights Ordinance, 2010 shall be £2.30 per hour and the minimum wage for workers under the age of 18 years old shall be £1.45 per hour. Contains provisions covering exclusions from the minimum wage, determination of hourly wage, records, remuneration and resolution of disputes.
