| Abstract/Citation: | It amends various provisions of Regulations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of December 2012 on the duties, powers, responsibilities and education of occupational security Specialists published in the Official Gazette No. 28792 dated 29.12.2012: it replaces the words "30th" by "3rd and 30th" mentioned in Article 3; it amends para 1 (f) of Article 4 (occupational safety expert) and adds two new parts (g) (Act No. 6331 dated 20/6/2012)and (¿) (Commission); amends Article 8 para 1 (occupational safety expert certificate) and changes the numbering of points 4 and 5 by 3 and 4 of part 2; adds a new part no. 5 (duty of information); amends part 1 of Article 12 (working duration); changes the numbering of article 14 (ç) and (g) by (ç), (g) and (h); adds a new sentence to para 2 of Article 16 (ventilation); amends Article 18 (education rules); amends Article 21 (director responsible for education); changes the words "to provide" by "to follow"; amends para 1 of Article 23 (educational institutions); changes the words "Head office" by "By the Commission" mentioned in Articles 25 and 26 para 1; amends para 2 of Article 27 (refresher training); Adds temporary articles 2, 3 and 4. |
