| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 8 ss.2-4, 9, 11 ss.1, 14 ss.1, 14 ss.2, 50 ss.2 and 96 ss.4 concerning the right to retirement pension from the same time as the retirement pension granted in another Nordic country, starting date for retirement pension, the right to part-time retirement pension, change from disability pension to retirement pension and entitlement to new retirement pension earned during the period of disability pension, the right to retirement pension. Section 11 ss.1 as amended by Act 1450/2011, section 14 ss.1 as amended by Act 927/2009, section 50 ss.2 as amended by Act 639/2009. Repeals section 10 ss.2 and ss.3 and section 13 ss.3. |
