| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 136 ss.1, 137 ss.3, 137b ss.2, 146, 148 ss.1 p.2 and p.3, 149 ss.2, ss.3 153, 154 ss.2, 162 ss.4, 165 ss.1 and 166 concerning cost of the last pension provider, supervision, payment of the State, the Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Social Insurance Institution pension costs and compensation of the municipal pension provider costs, member communities, government employers, church workers and the Social Insurance Institution's obligation to provide information, Pension Institution right to provide information, technical access, appeal, right of appeal, to the removal of a final decision, audit and accounts, cooperation. Section 136 ss.1, 137 ss.3, 137b ss.2 and 146 as amended by Act 1177/2011, section 148 ss.1 p.2 and p.3, 153 ss.3, 154 ss.2, 162 ss.4 as amended by Act 1293/2006, section 165 ss.1 as amended by Act 925/2009, section 166 as amended by Act 469/2010. Introduces to the Act a new section 158 (instead of section 158 repealed by Act 1293/2006) concerning difficulties with overcharging based on the State Pension Act. Repeals section 4 p.13, 141a and 149 ss.1 p.5. |
