Amends section 7, section 103, section 104 ss.2, section 113, section 135, section 136 ss.2, section 138, section 139, section 143 (title), section 146, section 162 concerning prevention of the circumvention of the pension protection or the obligation to pay pension contributions, pension application, decision making and notification of decisions, costs of the last pension provider, employer's pension contribution, employee contribution, limitation of pension contributions, debt recovery of pension contributions, the municipal pension provider, employee and pension applicant's right to obtain information, to seek change in decisions of the municipal pension provider. Section 103, 104 ss.2, 143 (title), 146 and 162 as amended by Act 468/2010, section 113 as amended by Act 1178/2011, section 135 as partially amended by Act 468/2010, section 139 as amended by Act 1035/2008.

Repeals section 2 p.7, section 143 ss.3, section 143a, 143b, 147-161, 162a and 164-174.
