Abstract/Citation: The purpose of the drafting of this Regulation is the implementation of the provisions of Article 85 of the Labor Law in order to protect the human resources and material resources of the country in relation to the workforce involved in the contact and work of pesticides and all related affairs.

This regulation includes 9 chapters, 62 articles and 6 notes. The first chapter contains the definitions used in the text of the regulation. The next chapters are respectively: General requirements; Pesticides storage; Equipment for using pesticides; Preparation and handling of pesticides; Disposal of pesticides waste; pesticides retention period; Personal protective equipment and; Other regulations.
