Abstract/Citation: Amends section 1 ss.3, section 14 ss.1-3, chapter 7 (title) and section 16-20, 23, 29 and 29e concerning scope of the Act, liability debt, solvency capital, restrictions on profit distribution, employment pension insurance merger, transfer of the insurance portfolio to another pension insurance company and sharing. Section 1 ss.3 as amended by Act 212/2009, section 14 ss.2, section 16, 23 and 29 as amended by Act 524/2008, section 17, 18 and 20 as amended by Act 1120/2006, section 19 as partially amended by Act 1120/2006 and section 29e as amended by Act 524/2008 and Act 221/2011.

Introduces to the Act new sections 16a-16e concerning records under solvency capital, specific conditions for capital loans, restrictions on records in solvency capital, items to be deducted from solvency capital, power of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
