Abstract/Citation: Amends title 18 of the United States Code to provide increased penalties for certain major frauds against the United Statesection Section 1031 of title 18 is amended by the insertion of section 1(g) which authorises the Attorney General to make payments to persons who furnish information relating to a possible prosecution under section 1031 (reward for whistleblowers).
