Amends section 1 ss.1 (as amended by Act 1199/2003), section 11 (as amended by Act 252/1994 and Act 1199/2003) and section 13 ss.5 (as amended by Act 1199/2003) concerning the Labour Court tasks, civil litigation arriving at the Labour Court and regulations related to the plaintiff.
