| Abstract/Citation: | Amends article 1(3) ss.2, 1(6) b and d, 1(9), 5(2) a and b concerning limit, precaution and exposure values, exceptions given by the Labour Inspectorate and the Petroleum Safety Authority within certain industries. Introduces a new article 1 (2) ss.2 concerning exceptions from the regulations concerning noise which does not apply to certain offshore petroleum activities. Repeals article 7 (2) wherea the present article 7 (3) becomes a new 7 (2). |
