Abstract/Citation: Amends article 6 (3) ss.2 p.3, 6 (4) ss.2 p.1, 6 (8), 7 (22) ss. 1 p 1, 7 (23) ss. 1 p 1, 8 (4) ss.1 p.1 concerning children with behavioral problems or interventions for children who may be victims of human trafficking, duty to leave information when suspected that a child is being abused at home or in other cases of serious neglect, use of force, acute decisions, appeal of an acute decision.

Introduces to the act a new article 4 (29), a new article 4 (30), a new article 5 (9) ss. 5, a new article 7 (5) ss. 4 concerning temporary placement in an institution without consent when a child is at risk of exploitation by human traffickers, precautions, follow-up of decisions about placement in an institution.
