| Abstract/Citation: | The Regulations implement the 2006 amendment to the Employment of Women, Young Persons, and Children Act (No. 47 of 1956) which added a new Section 20A prohibiting the employment of children in hazardous occupations. This regulation lists the 51 categories of work for which children may not be employed. |
