Abstract/Citation
The National Compulsory Arbitration Board is a permanent board treating interest disputes raised by the labour market parties and disputes decided by the Parliament to be resolved by compulsory arbitration. Approved disputes must be settled by compulsory arbitration. The National Compulsory Arbitration Board is appointed by the government for a three-year term and is composed of members and representatives from the two sides of the labour industry.
