| Abstract/Citation: | Amends article 28 ss.1 (a), 40 (a) s1 and ss.2, 42 ss.2, 64 ss.2, 67 ss.2, 73 ss.4 p.2, 81 ss.2 and ss.3-2, 108 ss.6, 122 ss.1 p.1 in the Immigration Act (No. 35 of 2008). Introduces new ss.3-5 to article 81 and a new ss.2 to article 121 in the Immigration Act (No. 35 of 2008). Repeals article 30 ss.1 (a) (whereas letters (b-e) becomes new letters (a-d)) in the Immigration Act (No. 35 of 2008). Amends article 67 ss.2 (d) in the Criminal Procedure Act (No. 25 of 1981) (as amended up to 1998). Repeals article 42 ss.2 p.5 in the Act (No. 23 of 2009) to amend the Immigration Act (No. 35 of 2008) (the requirement that the sponsor must have been working or studying for four years in Norway in order for the applicant to be entitled to family reunification). |
