Abstract/Citation: | Article 1: Definitions. Article 2: Establishing a Committee within the Ministry of Interior called "The Central Committee to combat Human Trafficking". Article 3: The Commission Functions. Article 4: Establishing a subcommittee named, "The Subcommittee to Combat Human Trafficking" in each territory or irregular province. Article 5 - Article 9: Penalties. Article 10: Consent by a victim to human trafficking shall not be accepted as a defence. Article 11: The commitment and the duties of the State Directorates to assist the victims of human trafficking taking into account the children needs. In the cases there is no specific text stipulated in the law, the provisions of the Penal Code shall apply. |
