Abstract/Citation: Amends section 2 of the principal Act by deleting and replacing the definition of "trade dispute" and inserting new definitions concerning "illegality" and "Registrar" into section 2. Also amends sections 43 (deletion of the words "or the employer", 48 (deletion of the words "Industrial Tribunal" and replacement with "Registrar") 49 (deletes old section and replaces it with new section concerning "registration of industrial agreements by the Registrar")50 (deletion of words "by the tribunal" and replacement with word "Registrar") and 55 (delete subsection (b) and renumbering of following paragraph) of the Act.
