Abstract/Citation: Makes numerous amendments to the principal Act. Amends both the short title and the long title of the Act. The long title now reads "An Act to provide for a framework for the conduct of a constitutional referendum or any other referendum. Inserts a new section 1A into the principal Act concerning interpretation of the word "Minister". Also amends sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Act and inserts new sections 3A (Holding of any other referendum) and 3B (conduct of referendum).
