Abstract/Citation: Regulations amending the Social Security (Industrial Injuries and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Regulations 1989 by deleting from regulation 2 of those regulations paragraph 2 which provides that regulation 13 of the 1986 Regulations by the same name ceases to have effect on November 1, 1989. Regulation 13 enables late claims for industrial injuries and diseases to be determined in certain circumstances as though they had been made on 1986-09-30.
