Second Region

Sets out the objectives, strategy and action plan for the education system for the period 2012-2020. Repeals the following:
- Resolution No. 66 of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic On the Concept of Education through Culture, 1995-2000 dated March 9, 1995;
- Resolution No. 487 of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic On the Concept of Education, Science and Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 23, 1998;
- Resolution No. 259 of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic On the Concept of Development of Education in the Kyrgyz Republic to 2010 on April 29, 2002.
