| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that the age of retirement shall be compulsory when the insured male/female reaches the age 60 years old, and shall be voluntary if the insured female reached 55 years old, as long as she as made at least 15 years of contributory payments to the fund. Paragraph 4 of Article 76 of Law No. 26 of 1991 concerning Social Security is repealed. |
