| Abstract/Citation: | Article 1: Article 20 of Law No. 25 of 1991 concerning Insurances and Pensions is amended as follows: "Compulsory retirement, shall be in the following cases: 1.If the insured male/female reached the age 60 years old, voluntary retirement if the insured female reached the age 55 years old. 2.If the insured male/female served more than 35 years." Article 2: An additional Article No. 60 is added to Law No. 25 of 1991 concerning Insurances and Pensions, provides as follows: "The insured husband or wife are eligible to calculate their pension incomes with each other, or their pension income and salary, but the husband is not eligible to calculate his pension income with more than one wife, he has the right to choose only one wife". |
