| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that neither employer nor establishment referred to in Article 1 of the Labour Law shall employ a child who has not attained 18 years of age in any type of works as stipulated in Para 2 of this Prakas (article 1). Article 2 lists the areas that are to be considered as hazardous work for the purpose of the Declaration. Article 3 provides some exceptions that may be made to the rule after consideration by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour, Vocational Training and Youth Rehabilitation. |
