| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the wording of article 8 (Funding of Treatment of Substance Abuse) which now reads as follows "Funding of substance abuse treatment shall be carried out at the expense of state budget, as well as physical and legal persons in compliance with the present law and the law on Budget System of the Azerbaijan Republic". Further amends article 15.1 on the procedure of delivering substance abuse assistance and repeals articles 16.2 and 23.5. |
