| Abstract/Citation: | Adds article 2.4.-1 of the following content: "Acquisition of information is allowed in case if it is not contrary to purposes of the protection of political, economic, military spheres, or financial, credit and monetary policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for the protection of public order, health and morality, protection of rights and freedoms, commercial and other economic interests of other individuals, to ensure the authority and impartiality of the court". Amends article 6.1.6 as follows: "If acquisition of information is not deemed contrary to purposes provided by article 2.4-1 of the present law". |
