Abstract/Citation: Provides that "any person who procures or attempts to procure any girl or woman under twenty-one years of age, not being a common prostitute or of known immoral character, to unlawful carnal connection, either within or without Sierra Leone with any other person shall be guilty of an offence" (Article 2).
