Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 in respect of the minimum wage, the definition of "Enterprise engaged in commerce or in the production of goods for commerce", certain technical and conforming matters, and provisions relating to special industry committees in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and American Samoa. Section 6 makes amendments in relation to the training wage, limitation on work hours, and enforcement provisions. Section 7 amends the maximum hour exemption for employees receiving medical education. |
