Amends the following Acts and regulations:
- Labour Act No. 4857 articles 7 and 25
- Decree Law No. 190 on General Posts and Procedures of 13/12/1983
- Civil Servants' Act No. 657 of 14 July 1965
- Act No. 3146 on Organization and Duties of Ministry of Labour and Social Security dated 9/1/1985

Repeals the following articles of Labour Act No. 4857: para 2 of Article 2; para 4 of Article 63; para 4, 5 and 6 of Article 69; Articles 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 95, 105 and provisional article 2.
