Abstract/Citation
Determines that potential male candidates must fulfill the following criteria in order to be appointed as a judge. The candidate must be:
1. committed to Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran;
2. of legitimate birth;
3. an Iranian citizenship and have finished their military service or have a legal exemption;
4. capable of working and not being addicted to any kinds of drugs;
5. a graduates of a law school, faculty of theology or seminary.
