Abstract/Citation: | Made pursuant to section 15(2)(a) of the Social Security Act. Article 2. The retirement age for the purposes of the Social Security Act shall be - (a) 60 years, where a person who on the person's next birthday shall be 60 years of age notifies the Director in the form provided by the Director, not less than three months before attaining the age of 60 years of the person's intention to retire on attaining the age of 60 years; or (b) 63 years, unless the person has already retired at the age of 60 years. Article 3. The Social Security (Retirement Age) Regulations, 2010 (S.I. 80 of 2010) is hereby revoked. |
