Abstract/Citation: The Office of Personnel Management is issuing final Regulations that will govern the establishment of Federal Wage System schedules in wage areas that have a dominant Federal specialised industry. The stated purpose of these Regulations is to bring wage schedules closer to those of local prevailing rates.
