| Abstract/Citation: | The Instruction provides specific guidelines for the development of Papua and West Papua under a "new deal policy" that covers five strategic priorities: - Establishing food security and reducing poverty; - Increasing the quality of education; - Increasing the quality of health services; - Developing basic infrastructure to increase accessibility to remote areas and areas along the national border; and - Taking affirmative action to improve the human resource quality of indigenous Papuans. |
