| Abstract/Citation: | Inter alia amends the 2005 Regulations with respect to the the composition of the Tripartite Cooperation Institution (LKS) which will consist of an equal number of members representing the Government, workers and employers. Furthermore, under the new regulation, the education requirement of members was modified from holding a university degree to a senior high school degree. |
