These Instructions regulate the terms and conditions and applications for licensing jobs that are performed at home.

Section 1: These Instructions enter into force as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 2: Definitions.
Section 3: The Greater Amman Municipality issued a regulated home professions list (it is added after Section 14 of this Instructions), determining the kind of jobs/professions that can be performed from home, the Greater Amman Municipality can add or remove any home professions from the list at any time.
Section 4: Determines the conditions and requirements for performing professions from home, the home worker shouldn¿t use any equipments or provide any service that may cause noise, vibration, smoke, dust, odors, cause negative electrical or magnetic impact, or cause negative impact on the neighborhood. Moreover, they shouldn¿t use or produce hazardous materials that may impact on the health and safety of the public.

Section 9: General standards for home workers.
Section 10: Inspection procedures
Section 11: Sanctions.
Section 12: Revoking the license.
Section 13: The Greater Amman Municipality Law provisions, Regulations and Instructions shall be taken into account, including its procedures, fees and charges.
Section 14: Delegation of powers.
