Abstract/Citation: Section 2: Section 14 paragraph (b) of Regulation No. 3 of 2001 is amended by repealing the phrase "reached the 60 years of age" and replacing it with the phrase "completed 60 years of age"

Section 3: Section 19 of the Regulation No. 3 of 2001 is amended as follows:

1)Repeals the phrase "his portion shall be distributed equally among all dependents" and replacing it by the phrase "his portion shall be returned to the Fund".
2)Section 19 paragraph (a) is repealed and replaced as follows: "The total portion of the wife/husband of the deceased contributor and his/her sons and daughters or the only dependent shall not be less than half of the pension payment that the deceased contributor was entitled to."

Section 4: Section 21 of the Regulation No. 3 of 2001 is amended by repealing the number "3000 JD" and replacing it with the number " 5000 JD".
