| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 162 ss. 1 (as amended by Act 469/2010) and 164 ss. 1 (as amended by Act 1216/2004) respecting removal of decisions and applying the provisions of the administrative procedure. Introduces to section 162 (as amended by Act 1293/2006, 925/2009 and 469/2010) a new ss. 6 and to the Act a new section 163 (replacing the section 163 repealed by Act 921/2003) respecting new decision of a case due to retroactively granted primary benefit or other pension. |
