| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 2 p 10, 6, 13 ss. 1, 14-19 and 21, 22 p 1, 24 ss. 1, 29 and 30, 34 ss. 2, 35 ss. 2, 44 ss. 1, 45 ss. 1 and 50 ss. 2 (section 15 as partially amended by Act 327/2009) respecting definitions, investigated identity, general conditions for naturalization, starting date for period of residence, living period accepted as period of residence, interrupted continuous period of residence, proof of language skills, exceptions from conditions of period of residence and integrity requirements. Introduces new sections 18a, 18b and 19a respecting exceptions from residence requirement when language skills requirements are met, exceptions from language skills requirements and determination of the waiting period. |
