According to article 69 of the Law, Law No. 3 of 1992 concerning employees' social security (JAMSOSTEK) is to remain in force until the Labour Affairs the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) begins operating as defined under article 64 of this Law. At this time, JAMSOSTEK is to be revoked and considered null and void.
