Chapter I - General Provisions Chapter II - Formation and Scope Chapter III - Status and Location Chapter IV - Function, Duties, Authorities, Rights and Obligations Chapter V - Member Registration and Contribution Payment Chapter VI - Organ of BPJS Chapter VII - Requirements, Procedures for Election and Appointment, and Termination of Members of Board of Trustees and Members of Board of Directors Chapter VIII - Accountability Chapter IX - Supervision Chapter X - Asset Chapter XI - Dissolution of BPJS Chapter XII - Dispute Settlement Chapter XIII - Relation with Other Institutions Chapter XIV - Prohibition Chapter XV - Criminal Provisions Chapter XVI - Other Provisions Chapter XVII - Transitional Provisions Chapter XVIII - Concluding Provisions According to article 69 of the Law, Law No. 3 of 1992 concerning employees' social security (JAMSOSTEK) is to remain in force until the Labour Affairs the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) begins operating as defined under article 64 of this Law. At this time, JAMSOSTEK is to be revoked and considered null and void. |
